One inbox reaches the whole research desk: [email protected]. Here's what to put in the subject line so the right person opens it first — and what to attach so we can act on it.

Corrections

Spotted a stale price, a dead link, a factual error? Subject line "Correction:" plus the page URL. Point at the exact sentence and, if you can, the source that contradicts it. Verified corrections get fixed on the page with a refreshed date stamp — that's the deal we describe in our disclaimer, and readers who send them are doing half our job for free.

Provider right of reply

If we've reviewed your service and you dispute something, use the subject "Right of reply:" plus your service name. To dispute a tracked win rate, attach a complete, timestamped log of every published call in the period — entries, stops, all targets, including the losers. Screenshots of winning trades won't move a number; a full log checked against ours can. We'll respond with either a correction or a written explanation of why the figure stands. What's never on the table: paid edits, pre-publication review, or deletion of accurate reporting. The measuring stick we use is public in our methodology.

Tips and reader reports

Burned by a VIP group? Seen a channel delete its losing calls, or a clone impersonating a bigger brand? Subject "Tip:". Forward message links, screenshots with timestamps, payment records — whatever you have. Reader reports have fed several entries in our scam warning hub and flagged more than one provider for re-testing in the accuracy tracker. We read everything; we keep sources anonymous by default.

Partnerships and advertising

Subject "Partnership:". We work with affiliate programs and sponsored placements, and every one of them is disclosed on the page where it appears. Read this twice before writing: partnerships buy distribution, never scores. A commercial relationship won't raise a rating, remove a red flag, or edit a tracked figure — the score weights are fixed and published. Pitches offering payment for a better review are declined and, if persistent, become content.

What to expect after you hit send

We aim to answer within 2–3 business days. Corrections usually move fastest; right-of-reply cases take longer because we re-check logs before responding. If a correction changes a published number, the fix lands on the page itself — not in a private email thread. One thing we never do by email: give personal trading advice. We're a review desk, not an advisory service, and the disclaimer explains why that line stays bright.

Before you email

Questions like "which signal group should I join?" are answered better by the site than by the inbox: start with the review index or the ranked shortlist, and check any provider's claim against the tracker first.
